Jen Minarchi
Owner
Jen Minarchi Owner/Founder, comes from both a Fine Arts and Design background-studying at Munson Williams Proctor/Pratt in New York State and The Art Institute of Chicago.
Growing up, her parents invested in real estate, settling on an apartment building with two store fronts. Her mother owned and managed their antique shop, and her father was a union mason-also the antique buyer for the business. Jens’ unique design, balance and aesthetic distinctly emerges from this influence of antiques and vintage. Her love of architecture, sound structure, well appointed homes and attention to detail has been a natural progression. It is one that is seamlessly implemented into the structure and philosophy of this Design-Manage duo.
The three pillars of Mano Destra are Manage, Maintain and Streamline. Maintaining hosting excellence, customer service and discerning how best to achieve a streamline short term rental experience is what best defines the management philosophy.
We are Artistically Design focused on client and locality representation, as well as an innovative approach to budgeting…all while applying a distinctive design esthetic to the space.
